I had a fantastic stay at Magpies! The room was massive and incredibly clean. The breakfast allowed me to pick just what I wanted. Only downside was some traffic noise at night, but that’s minor compared to the comfort I felt!

While the room was top-notch, I did find the traffic noise to be a bit disruptive throughout the night, making it hard to catch some Zs. the check-out time's ambiguity regarding breakfast left me a little frustrated, as I couldn't enjoy the cooked breakfast I was hoping for. It'd also be a plus if they added some parking space on-site instead of just relying on the front.

magpies restaurant with rooms is so close to the town centre, making it easy to explore. the deluxe double room was super spacious and comfortable. i loved the luxurious shower—it felt amazing! the hosts were really attentive and even brought croissants and juice to my room because i had to leave early in the morning. definitely recommend staying here for a lovely getaway.
